I’m honored you’ve stopped by! I welcome you to take a look around, get to know me, and hopefully connect with me. However you stumbled upon my site, I'm glad you're here. I don't believe in coincidences and I am grateful we crossed paths. My name is Lauren. Some used to call me "Dr. Millman," or "Doc,"but these days, I'm just happy to be called Lauren. I'm a retired chiropractor turned at-home entrepreneur. I’m not only a writer, I'm also an online coach to other female chiropractors. I’m not just a healer and a female entrepreneur, my passion lies in helping others achieve what they want out of life.

I’m a creator and a creative. I enjoy making something from nothing, whether through my online business, painting, writing, or teaching. I’m a concert lover, football fan, wife to my BFF, fine dining enthusiast and dessert fanatic. Although I may be a little cray-cray, as you get to know me, you’ll see it’s all a part of my charm. I call it gumption, but really, it's just keepin’ it real. My journey through this life is also your journey. We’re all in this together.

I'm a woman with many passions and interests. My first career focused on holistic wellness through direct patient care. Nowadays, I have such a larger view of what wellness really entails. For example, our financial health is something rarely, if ever, discussed. Many times, our financial limitations prevent us in making the health choices we would otherwise make, or prevent us from purchasing products or services that we want or need. Living a healthy lifestyle is often viewed as a luxury and not a necessity, many times as a result of cost. As a former doctor who operated a private boutique cash practice for more than a decade, I not only witnessed this for my patients, but I have experienced this for myself. As time has passed, I have found myself on a different journey these days: helping others achieve the financial freedom that I myself am seeking. More specifically, the financial freedom that doesn't come at the expense of your health, time, or sanity.

We are all on our own journey. However, sometimes our paths cross for a purpose. I happen to believe that it's no accident you stumbled upon my website. Something drew you here. Maybe you're seeking a better life, too?

This website is designed solely for the purpose of being able to share the things that have changed my life. I will be constantly updating and adding to my site ... I assure you the "Things I Love" section will be never-ending.

One of the biggest game-changers for me was when I discovered "The Iceberg Effect." In my quest for searching for a better life, and new passions to pour myself into, this book landed in my lap. By accident? Highly doubt it. However it found its way into my existence, it sparked something within me that I'm excited to pursue. I am confident it could change your life, too.
